QAI Express Inspection Services can be scheduled and performed for your critical production(s) in as little as 72 hours. Our global inspection response team means you get inspections when and where you need them most, not days or weeks too late to react. Our local staff will coordinate directly with your supplier or factory to ensure a timely, logical intervention. A comprehensive and easy-to-read report of our findings along with digital pictures of all markings, labels, packaging and any non-conformities will be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection so you have complete documentation at hand to make decisions based on complete, accurate information.
Pre-Production Inspection
Before production begins; QAI can perform an inspection of all components, materials and production instructions to ensure a smooth start to production. Complete documentation and digital pictures are emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection(s).
In-Process Inspection
Initial Production
In the early stage of production, QAI randomly inspects the first batch of finished products. This will allow our inspectors to identify problems early and suggest corrective action and make improvement recommendations to the factory.

This is an "in-process inspection" that is typically performed in conjunction with an initial production check, to verify that any initially discovered discrepancies have been realized, and that corrective actions are in place and working as planned.

A random inspection takes place when production is complete, packed and ready for shipment. QAI inspectors will select samples at random from the shipment to ensure compliance to the agreed specifications. These samples are selected in accordance with the statistical sampling plan stipulated by the buyer. When no sampling plans are provided, we employ universal Military Standards . This service is typically stipulated in Letters of Credits and helps balance the financial control between the buyer and the seller.
