Inspection services can be performed at anytime you request. Our local staff will coordinate directly with your supplier or factory to ensure a timely intervention. A comprehensive easy to read report of our findings along with digital pictures of all markings, labels, packaging and nonconformities will be emailed within 24 hours of our inspection service.

PreProduction Inspection

Before production begins, QA International can perform an inspection of all components, materials and production instructions to ensure a smooth start to production. Complete documentation and digital pictures will be provided.

In-Process Inspections

Initial Production
In the early stage of production, QA International randomly inspects the first batch of finished products. This will allow our inspectors to identify early problems and suggest corrections and improvements to the factory.

During Production
This in-process inspection is typically performed in conjunction with an initial production check to verify that any initial discrepancies have been realized, corrective actions are in place and working.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final Random Inspection - FRI
A random inspection takes place when production is complete, packed and ready for shipment. QA International inspectors will select samples at random from the shipment to ensure compliance to the agreed requirements. These samples are selected according to the statistical sampling plan stipulated by the buyer. If no sampling plan is available, Military Standards will be used. This service is typically stipulated in Letters of Credits and helps balance the financial control between the buyer and the seller.
